1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SafeVoice ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

SafeVoice is provided by LiCorp ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LiCorp governing your use of the Platform.

You may use SafeVoice only if you:

Organizations create admin accounts for staff members. As an account holder:

Email verification required: All admin accounts require email verification before first login.

4. Anonymous Use (Reporters)

Individuals using SafeVoice to send messages ("Reporters") do so without creating accounts or providing personal information. By using the Platform as a Reporter:

SafeVoice does not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any other personally identifiable information from Reporters.

SafeVoice has no message deletion functionality. This is a deliberate architectural choice.

Subscription Plans

SafeVoice offers paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. SafeVoice does not store credit card information.

Organizations may cancel their subscription at any time from the admin portal. Upon cancellation:

You retain all rights to content you send through SafeVoice. By sending content, you grant us a license to store, transmit, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICORP BE LIABLE FOR:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiCorp, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@safevoice.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify organizations via email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of SafeVoice after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
